Resistance Welding
Resistance welding passes electrical current through a head that is connected to a drive mechanism allowing control of the force that the head applies to the assembly. The electrical current creates heat in the head which is passed into the assembly, welding it as defined by the temperature and pressure parameters within the control mechanism. Often referred to as a Spot Welder.
